I'm sick of feeling like this almost every night before I fall asleep. I hate knowing that I have to cry, but not let myself because there's "nothing to cry about". All this time I think I've been trying to blame it all on other people but in reality, I'm the one that's doing this to me. I need a change in my life, a huge one.
